There is a very good news for ESIC eligible employees working under various companies in India. According to latest notification ESIC has released its online Appointment Application in the google play store. The formal name of the Application is Ask An Appointment (AAA+).
Ask An Appointment (AAA+) is a unique mobile app for IPs, beneficiaries and ESIC staff to facilitate the process of seeking appointment and consultation.
By using the Ask An Appointment Application(AAA+) insured person under ESIC and dependent can book online appointment for out patient services in the ESIC Health Centers.
ESIC Online Appointment system by the Ask An Appointment(AAA+) application enable its beneficiaries to avail the following services:
Schedule and bool an OPD appointment.
Reschedule the appointment in case of emergency.
C ancel a schedule appointment.
By using the application IP can seed their Aadhaar and also able to generate ABHA number not only for self but also for dependent.
Provision for Sample collection for the prescription based request has been added.
How to Book ESIC Online Appointment?
All registered beneficiaries (IPs, beneficiaries and staff) can use insurance number/employee number along with mobile number to log in and avail appointment for OPD registration.
OPD appointment can be booked or modified for self or the declared dependent family member at the stipulated ESIC dispensary and hospitals. However the booking for the hospital OPD is meant for only those who have been referred by the doctor available at the respective ESIC dispensary as per the ESIC E-Pehchan Card.
Once the appointment is booked via AAA+ app, a booking reference number is sent to the registered mobile number. The patient is required to visit the specific health center or dispensary’s registration desk 15 minute before the appointment time slot given at the time of online booking.
The reference number shall be required to be produce at the registration counter/doctor for availing priority service.
Go to the ‘Appointment’ section and fill in the required information.
Select the available date and time and book your appointment.
