How to get lost Registration Certificate in Provident Fund?
After registration under the EPF and MP Act, 1952, employer will get log in Id and password to access their Provident Fund employer portal where then can register their employees, file monthly returns, approve KYC/claims of their employees online etc.

In ESIC, it is not possible to download the registration certificate online from employer portal as like in Provident Fund.
Employer can get the copy of the certificate manually from ESIC branch office or ESIC regional office. To get the copy of the certificate, employer required to submit a request letter to issue duplicate certificate addressing ESIC branch officer or Revenue Director of ESIC regional office.
The letter should contain the registration number and valid reason stating how you have lost the certificate. Some time ESIC official may ask for missing report submitted at police station.
After submitting the request letter, if the authority find the mentioned reason of lost is valid, they will issue a duplicate certificate either in hard copy or they may send the certificate copy in your registered mail Id.
