Work-life balance is the practice of maintaining a healthy, manageable balance between the demands of your job and the needs of your personal life. But in general there is no Perfect Work life balance practice and it is not a one time activity. It can be achieved over the period of time.
In the race of achieving heights in our career we often forget about our health and family. In the busy work schedule, we do not even realize that we are just keep going in that race and finish line is just few yards away and we will win. But the reality is there is no such finish line.
We just need to realize and stop for a while and think are we behaving like a human being or robot? If we are human being then we must learn how to balance between our career and personal life.

This may not reduce your workload but you can spends some me time or family time to enjoy with yourself or with your loved one.

One way to maintain a healthy balance is to create a schedule that allows you to allocate time for both work and personal activities. Consider making a daily or weekly schedule that includes time for work, exercise, social activities, and leisure or some fun time.
But practically it is not always possible and happens as some unfortunate event may occur out of your schedule. By preparing a schedule at least you have a clear view or reminding factor how you going to spend your day or the entire week.
Prioritize or Delegate Tasks
To make the most of your time, it’s important to prioritize your tasks and focus on the most important ones first. It will help you to stay organized and avoid feeling overwhelmed also at the same time you will feel productive at your work.
You may also delegate the authority so that the junior can learn from the new work that you have given to them to promote the team work, co-ordination co-operation and mutual support during the work.

During our hectic work schedule, we often forget about our mental, physical, and emotional health. If you are healthy from your inner self, it will help you to be better employee, a better person.
For example, during the work at office, we don’t even have lunch on time or having tea/coffee multiple time, having outside junk food instead of proper lunch. Which will highly affect our health not instantly but in long run it will create critical health issues. Try to figure out such issues by bringing lunch from home and avoid outside unhealthy foods or to have lunch on time.
Communicate with your Employer

Now most of the company allows its employer to add couple of days work from home during a working month. But you should take proper approval for the same.
