EPFO E- Nomination Reward: Employees Provident Fund Organization, under Ministry of Labour and Employment one of the leading organization involved in providing social security benefit to about 4.5 crores employees working under Private companies and their families.
The benefit provided in the form of Provident fund, Pension fund, EDLI insurance as per the provision of the EPF and MP Act, 1952.
EPFO has announced and request all the provident fund subscriber to file the nomination from their UAN portal online to avail seamless benefit. The process is simple and secure enough so that every subscriber can do the same by their own.
There is no need to submit any physical documents for E- Nomination at PF office. And the provident fund subscriber can make necessary changes whenever they want.
EPFO has not fixed any deadline for E- Nomination yet. However, it is advisable to complete the E- Nomination as Earliest possible.
EPFO enable the Nominee to submit claim in case of death of provident fund member for Pension Settlement, Provident fund settlement and EDLI online without visiting the provident fund office or employer for document attestation.
Basic Requirement to submit E- Nomination online:
Before filling E- Nomination the Provident Fund subscriber should ensure the below point:
- A valid Active UAN and Password of the UAN is required.
- KYC like Pan, Aadhaar and Bank account of the member must linked with the UAN.
- Member Address details, Marital Status should be registered with the UAN.
- Member passport photo should be available against the UAN under profile section.

EPFO E- Nomination Reward to Companies
EPFO head office has announced to give rewards to the companies, business establishment covered under the purview of EPF and MP Act, 1952 for each region i.e East, West, South and North Eastern Region who will complete highest number of E- Nomination for their organization before 31.03.2023.
So, it is requested to complete the E- Nomination for the employees before 31.03.2022 which will help the families of the PF Member to get effortless benefit in case of sudden death.
