Central Minimum Wages in India has been revised by Ministry of Labour and Employment again in 2022. The official notification has been published by Chief Labour Commissioner (C) on 28/09/2022.
The revised Variable Dearness Allowance shall be payable from 01/10/2022. The increased VDA for different categories of Workers engaged in Agriculture provided in the below Table: (All values in Rupees)

The rates of Variable Dearness Allowance increased for the employees employed in Construction or maintenance of Roads or Runways or in Building Operation including Telephone, Telegraph and overseas Communication Cable and similar other Underground Cable works, Electric Lines, Water Supply Lines and others.
The effective payable Minimum Wages from 01/10/2022 for Civil Workers are stated in the below list:

The rates of VDA increased for Workers deployed in Loading and Unloading in:
- Goods Sheds, Parcel office of Railways.
- Other Goods Sheds, Godowns, Warehouses and other similar employment.
- Docks and Ports.
- Passengers Goods and Cargo carried out at Airports (bot National and International).
The effective payable MW from 01/10/2022 for Loading and Unloading Workers provided in the below list:
